Walaza is our primary production site which is equipped with a wide range of cutting-edge brick, block and paver making machinery, including a state-of-the-art sieving machine that boasts impressive capabilities to ensure our products meet and exceed the highest quality standards. We pride ourselves on using only top-of-the-range machinery and following meticulous production processes, resulting in incredibly durable and long-lasting materials that our customers can rely on for years to come.

The machinery utilized at Walaza are as follows:

• VB4 block, brick and paver making machine
• VB1 block, brick and paver making machine
• Hongfa machine

The PMSA® VB1 brick, block and paver making machine is a superior medium-capacity machine. VB1 can produce 20 000 bricks, 28 800 maxi bricks or 12 000 M9/M6 blocks.

The Hongfa machine is a medium capacity machine that can produce 9 000 stock bricks or 3 000 M6 blocks a day.
